RTKD double wall fluesystems are generally used for heating, steam and hot oil boilers and processor hood systems where high temperature gases pass. The system is doubleskinned; Rockwool is placed between the walls for insulation. Thanks to thislow thermal conductivity, the efficiency of the chimney is high since the heatof the flue gas is not transferred to the environment significantly. It ismanufactured by continuous TIG or PLASMA welding. The flue connections aremale-female flanged and tightened from the outside with a stainless steelclamp. The system is designed to compensate for the expansion of the inner walldue to high flue gas temperatures. Inner Wall Thickness; 0.40 to 3.00 mm(AISI316L, 1.4404) stainless steel, Outer Wall Thickness; 0.50 to 0.80 mm(AISI304, 1.4301) stainless steel
