RTK SERIES Chimney Systems
RTK single wall chimney systems are generally used in; in-shaft applications of old chimneys that are being modernized, in hood waste gas, ventilation and process devices. The system is single walled and has high heat permeability. It is manufactured by continuous TIG or PLASMA welding.
Chimney connections are made with male-female muffled plug-in and locked to each other with an external connection clamp made of stainless steel. Chimney modules are manufactured in standard diameters ranging from Ø 80 to Ø 1200 mm. Rotek Modular chimney products are single walled chimney type, made of 316 L first class stainless material and can be produced in thickness range from 0.40mm to 3.00mm. It can be easily used in negative pressure systems with operating temperatures up to 400 °C.
