RTKA double-walled chimney system is generally used in heating,steam and hot oil boilers and process or hood systems where high-temperaturegases pass. The system is double skinned; Stone wool insulation is placedbetween the walls. It has low thermal conductivity, flue efficiency is high asthe heat of the flue gas is not transferred to the environment significantly.It is manufactured by continuous TIG or PLASMA welding. The flue connectionsare male-female flanged and tightened from the outside with a stainless steelclamp. The system is designed to compensate for the expansion of the inner walldue to high flue gas temperatures. Connections are sealed with high temperaturesilicone. Chimney modules are produced in standard diameters between 80 and1250mm. Inner Wall Thickness; 0.40 to 3.00mm (AISI316L, 1.4404) stainlesssteel, Outer Wall Thickness; It is produced from aluminum between 0.60 and0.80mm.
