RTKNAS double-walled chimney system is generally used in the exhaust of devices such as generators, co-generators and turbines that require high temperature and high positive pressure resistance, and in the transport of waste or process gases in industrial facilities working with fans. The system is double walled and rock wool insulation is placed between the walls. It has low thermal conductivity, and flue efficiency is high since the heat of the flue gas is not transferred to the environment significantly. It is manufactured by continuous TIG or PLASMA welding. Chimney connections are male and female conical socket-fitting and are tightened from the outside with a stainless steel clamp. By using conical insert silicone, H1 class sealing is provided at 600 °C gas temperature. Chimney modules are produced in standard diameters between Ø80 and Ø 700mm. Inner Wall Thickness; 0.40 to 1.00mm (AISI 316L, 1.4404) stainless steel and outer wall thickness; It is produced from 0.30 to 0.60mm aluminized steel. 30-50-80-100mm insulation is used between the two walls.
It is used by burning gas oil, fuel oil, natural gas, lpg, coal,wood in cogeneration, gas or diesel generator, turbine generator and fan industrial systems due to its resistance to high temperature and high pressure.
