RTK single wall chimney system is generally used in in-shaft applications of modernized old chimneys, hood waste gas, ventilation and process devices. The system is single walled and has high heat permeability. It is manufactured by continuous TIG or PLASMA welding. Chimney connections are made with male-female muffled plug-in and locked to each other with an external connection clamp made of stainless steel from the outside. Chimney modules are produced in standard diameters between Ø 80 and Ø 1200 mm. Rotek Modular chimney products are single-walled chimney type, made of 316 L first grade stainless material and can be produced in the thickness range of 0,40 mm to 3,00 mm. It can be easily used in negative pressure systems with operating temperatures up to 400 °C.
